Golborne Community Primary School – Our Curriculum Pledge

Our children will be immersed in a curriculum which is rich in transferable skills; enables our children to develop a great knowledge of the past and prepares them well for the future.

Our curriculum will give our children a breadth of learning experiences and be enhanced by learning opportunities outside the classroom, to develop confident, independent learners. Literacy and maths skills will be woven through all areas of our curriculum, as will the values of resilience, respect, responsibility, tolerance, helpfulness and honesty. We will endeavour to ensure our children leave our school with high aspirations, ready for the challenges of secondary school, life in modern Britain and beyond.
